Direct answers about the workspace, its data boundary, and the decisions a deterministic fit score can—and cannot—support.
What is TenderFit Workspace?
TenderFit Workspace is a free triage interface and API for customer-supplied Indian tender records. It applies a fixed 100-point rubric and returns visible reasons, urgency flags, and limitations so a bid team can decide what to review first.
How much does TenderFit cost?
The workspace and sample workflow are free. Live tender data is obtained through the customer's own India Government Tenders subscription on RapidAPI, where plan prices and quotas are controlled and displayed by RapidAPI.
Does TenderFit receive my RapidAPI key?
No. The workspace API does not accept, proxy, log, or store RapidAPI keys. Customers run authenticated data requests within RapidAPI and then import the returned JSON or CSV records into TenderFit.
Is the score generated by AI?
No. The canonical v1 score is deterministic and reconstructable from five published weights: sector, keywords, value, location, and eligibility signals. The same valid profile, tender record, and evaluation time produce the same result.
Does a high score mean my company is eligible?
No. A score is a workflow-triage signal, not legal or technical eligibility advice. Teams must verify tender documents, amendments, deadlines, and eligibility conditions at the linked issuing authority.
Can TenderFit submit a bid automatically?
No. TenderFit does not prepare or submit bids and does not interact with procurement portals on a user's behalf. It only helps order records for human review.
Which file formats can I use?
The workspace accepts JSON arrays, API objects containing an items array, and CSV records with supported tender fields. Evaluations accept up to 100 records per request and scored results can be exported as CSV.
Is TenderFit an official government tender source?
No. TenderFit is an independent workflow tool and not a government service. Every actionable record should include a source URL and be checked against the issuing authority before any decision.
Where is my business profile stored?
The interactive workspace stores the profile in that browser's localStorage for convenience. The stateless scoring API does not persist the profile, tender inputs, or results.
